New video out - An Essential Skill for GRC

Hey everyone! I hope you are having a great 2024 start of the year! This week I have created and uploaded a new video. The focus on this one is the importance of having well-developed communication skills.

In the video, I use some movie references to make my point. When I started many years ago, I did think of GRC as a career. As a matter of fact, I was not sure what I wanted to do.

In time, we find our way. I think GRC provides a healthy serving of work/life balance. However, to be successful, you MUST be able to communicate effectively. Verbally and in writing.
